Route source documents to next level of processing (office or file), as prescribed by current procedures.Enter information into all systems, with necessary attention to accuracy and time deadlines.Review incoming documents for adherence to established procedures/policies, including completeness of information and appropriate signatures.Ensure benefit deductions occur in a timely manner.Review and submit benefit enrollments for each carrier, while ensuring all enrollments are offered to Team Members, and received in HR in a timely manner.Provide support to the HR Manager and Director in regard to Team Member relations, as needed.Maintain all wage withholdings (child support, garnishments, tax levies, etc.) and Medical Support Orders.Ensure accuracy of any payroll records submitted to HR.
